At THE SAWN, we aim to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products (custom T-shirts and hoodies), we only accept returns under certain conditions.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect).
  • Items worn, washed, or altered.

Process for Returns

  1. Email us at support@thesawn.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. Once approved, ship the item to the provided return address.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after item inspection.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If applicable, we’ll send a replacement at no extra charge.

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days (subject to carrier availability and rates).

Note: Delivery times may vary during high demand, holidays, or due to carrier delays.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Production of custom items takes 1–2 days before shipment.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with major carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on best rates and delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number, sent via email once shipped.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
